WHAT ORDERS QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

All orders over $49 that are being shipped to an address within the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will qualify for free shipping. International orders will not qualify for free shipping.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Our processing time is 1-3 business days for non-personalized items and 2-4 days for personalized items.

  • Most orders will arrive in 5-7 Days from the date of purchase in the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) 
  • Most international orders will arrive in 10-12 days from the date of purchase

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes to certain countries like Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany, France. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS?

Yes, we might be able to get your order delivered in 1-2 business days. Please contact us for the rush order requests. Additional fees may apply.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

For packages lost in transit, all lost in mail claims must be submitted to sales@tergusco.com no later than 7 Calendar Days after the estimated delivery date.

We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if it is confirmed that the shipping address you provided was correct. Please also claim the lost package with the shipping carrier and share the claim number with us.

UNCLAIMED/RETURNED PACKAGES?

We will ask for the cost of shipping in order to resend the package. We will ship it free if it's due to our fault.
