Customers praised this leather wristlet for its "great quality" and beautiful appearance. Most found it "perfect" with plenty of space for cards, cash, and essentials. However, some reported quality concerns including bulkiness, rough edges, fraying threads, and zipper issues. A few experienced shipping delays and poor customer service.
Really wanted to like this but unfortunately everything fell short.
Shipping: item was marked as shipped soon after I made the order, but tracking showed the item was in pre-transit/did not get shipped until after the expected arrival date a few weeks later. This was a huge issue because I was relocating and needed the package to arrive before I left.
Customer Service:
I reached out to get my package shipped to my new address as they had missed the delivery date. After I sent my new address to them, the tracking showed it dispatched to my old address. No one on the support team sent me a response. I had to reach out to old neighbours to help forward the package.
The item:
