Really wanted to like this but unfortunately everything fell short.
Shipping: item was marked as shipped soon after I made the order, but tracking showed the item was in pre-transit/did not get shipped until after the expected arrival date a few weeks later. This was a huge issue because I was relocating and needed the package to arrive before I left.
Customer Service:
I reached out to get my package shipped to my new address as they had missed the delivery date. After I sent my new address to them, the tracking showed it dispatched to my old address. No one on the support team sent me a response. I had to reach out to old neighbours to help forward the package.
The item:
Poorly made and unexpectedly bulky. Back button came off after a few uses. Threads are fraying. Card slots are cheaply glued and misaligned from inserts.
