Difficult getting in touch by email or phone
Proactive customer service. Seller reached out to ensure I did not want personalization, which, in fact I did, so I was grateful💕
Perfect Gift! Definitely recommend as a gift!
The cigar case looks even better than in the pictures. Feels like it’s very good quality. Definitely exceeded expectations. And the person I gave it to loved it! Definitely recommend.
The cigar cuter is for small thin cutters mine did not fit
This was a lovely item. My husband was so pleased with this gift.
I am over the moon with this purchase. Incredibly happy with the quality of the item, it’s MUCH nicer than I thought it would be. The seal on the top is tight, stitching on the leather beautiful, the actual leather itself has great color and finish, and the initials look amazing. Had a couple quick questions for the seller as well, response was quick and easy.
10/10 on this one, if you’re on the fence go for it you won’t be disappointed!
Great present for my husband
