All orders over $49 that are being shipped to an address within the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will qualify for free shipping. International orders will not qualify for free shipping.

For packages lost in transit, all lost mail claims must be submitted to sales@tergusco.com no later than 7 Calendar Days after the estimated delivery date.

We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if it is confirmed that the shipping address you provided was correct. Please also claim the lost package with the shipping carrier and share the claim number with us.

We will ask for the cost of shipping in order to resend the package. We will ship it free if it's due to our fault.
